The Federal Housing Finance Agency reported U.S. home prices rose 2.6% year over year through July 2026. The Real Estate Data Aggregator counted a 22.6% rise in median sale price in ZIP 91325 over the same season. That is a much stronger move than the national number. It helps set a clearer price expectation for Northridge homeowners.

The national picture looks calmer

The Federal Housing Finance Agency reported a 2.6% national price gain, year over year through July 2026. Realtor.com noted mortgage rates moved above 7% for the first time since January 2025. Nationally, Realtor.com also reported 20.8% of listings took price cuts in September, the highest share since October 2022. Northridge prices still rose well above that national pace, but the wider market is worth watching.
